Installation Information:
This document outlines the terms, conditions, and scope of work applicable to the installation of the RotoTank™ V1000L Water Tank Combo, performed by 4-Sure–certified installers.
The service includes professional installation, commissioning, and testing of the system using the supplied installation kit.
All work is carried out in accordance with RotoTank™ and 4-Sure quality standards.
Scope of Work – What Is Included
The installation voucher covers the following services:

Depending on site conditions and layout, additional consumables or fittings may be required. These items are not included in the voucher and will be quoted separately before work commences.
This Voucher includes 18m of pipe and is suited to a fitment of 10 meters from the municipal line. Additional pipe would be charged separately if required.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their voucher at any time.
If the installer has already begun travelling to the installation site, a R650.00 cancellation fee will apply to cover travel and delivery expenses. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
