Installation Information:

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and scope of work applicable to the installation of the RotoTank™ V10000L Water Tank Combo, performed by 4-Sure–certified installers.
The service includes professional installation, commissioning, and testing of the system using the supplied installation kit.
All work is carried out in accordance with RotoTank™ and 4-Sure quality standards.

Scope of Work – What Is Included

The installation voucher covers the following services:

• Installation of a RotoTank™ 10000L Water Tank
• Installation of a water pump
• Installation of a pump cover
• Installation of the suction hose kit
• Installation of the float valve kit
• Installation of plinth
• Main connection from the municipal water line to the tank
• Full system testing to verify correct operation and water readiness
• 1-Year workmanship warranty on the installation

Important:
Depending on site conditions and layout, additional consumables or fittings may be required. These items are not included in the voucher and will be quoted separately before work commences.

This Voucher includes 18m of pipe and is suited to a fitment of 10 meters from the municipal line. Additional pipe would be charged separately if required.

Additional Work – Plinth

Installation of Large Concrete Slab

Items Included

• 15 x Bags Concrete
• 40 x Platform Bricks
• 4 x Bags Cement

Allow 72 hours for Cement to be set and cured before placement of tank.

Exclusions

The following items and services are not included in this installation package:

• Removal or dismantling of existing tanks, pumps, or systems
• Supply of any missing or additional fittings
• Structural, building, or construction work
• Electrical work, including DB board connections
• Issuing of a Certificate of Compliance (COC)
• Supply or installation of filtration systems (unless included in your purchased combo)
• Removal and relaying of paving will be quoted on site as an additional charge.

Additional Work and Costs

If the installer identifies work outside the standard scope:

• A written quotation for additional work or materials will be provided to the Customer before proceeding.
• The Customer is responsible for settling these additional costs directly with the installer upon completion.
• RotoTank™ and 4-Sure assume no liability for additional costs agreed upon between the Customer and the installer.

If the Customer declines the additional work, the installer will complete only the services covered by this voucher.

Customer Responsibilities

Prior to installation, the Customer must:

• Allow 4–5 working days for installation, subject to site and weather conditions.
• Ensure all permissions and approvals from property owners, HOAs, body corporates, and municipalities are obtained.
• Clearly identify and communicate the location of all concealed services such as electrical conduits, water pipes, fibre/security cables, etc.
• Understand that drilling or excavation may cause minor cosmetic damage (e.g., marks on paving, plaster, or walls).
  • Installers will leave the work area neat and tidy, but final surface restoration (e.g., repainting, patching, or paving repair) remains the Customer’s responsibility.

Liability Notice:
RotoTank™, 4-Sure, and the installer cannot be held liable for accidental damage to unmarked or undisclosed concealed services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their voucher at any time.
If the installer has already begun travelling to the installation site, a R650.00 cancellation fee will apply to cover travel and delivery expenses. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
